I first was a little mistrustful of Firestorm when I saw the reasonable price of it, since I more than once bought programs got which did not deliver on the promised functionality so that I removed these programs from my PC and lost a lot of money buying similar software from other software vendors. As the price was reasonable I decided to buy Firestorm and try it's functionality.
I was highly surprised with the instructions and fast support response times from the vendor of Firestorm, Carsten Heidtke. I was so impressed with the software after using it for one year that I also purchased a license for my daughter's new computer.
It is a utter pleasure to deal with Carsten Heidtke and I always had super fast response and service and no effort has ever been to great. The latter plus a reasonable price makes Firestorm a sure winner.
