  • Delivery: In accordance with your order we deliver the program either by e-mail or by CD. You can decide on it during the order. Delivery by mail is called delivery by CD and costs a transportation costs surcharge.
  • Shipping costs: For email delivery, no shipping charges apply. If a CD is needed, shipping costs will be displayed depending on your country.
  • Time of delivery: Individual customers will receive their product key as soon as their payment is received either by element5 or by us. Business customers may also submit a purchase order.

  • Program updates: At the current time, we make free updates available via the Internet. This means that that you can download the copy of the application that we make available on our website at no cost to the user. Depending on your Internet connection, there may additional costs in the form of connection charges. The program itself is relatively small.
  • Prices: All stated prices are end customer retail prices that include the applicable VAT of 19% (Germany).
  • Return policy: Your rights to a refund pursuant to §355 (German Civil Code) are limited as follows: when a personal product key is ordered, there is no provision for the return of the product key and/or softwaret . Therefore, no refund of the purchase price can be made (§312d Par. 4 Article 1 German Civil Code).
